Customer Service
Customer Service is our number one goal at Currant Creek Kilt Flies. Our guarantee to you is that everything that we send out will be to the highest quality possible. This includes our hand-tied kilt pins, hand cut, carved, and stitched Sporrans, and our Scottish Bonnets, each item is an item that we would be proud to wear ourselves.
Payments
Payments are made through PayPal. The reason that we use PayPal is for your convenience. PayPal offers protection and support for the customers that make your shopping experience better. We do not accept checks, money orders, or cash. PayPal purchases are secure and we never see your credit card information, this is the reason that we do not accept credit cards given over the phone-we would be entering your card information into PayPal anyway and we would have access to credit card information.
Shipment
We ship using USPS Priority Mail. Large orders are shipped ground. We cannot refund shipping costs, or assume liability for shipping carrier delays/errors. If you need your items faster talk to us BEFORE you place your order and we can let you know what options might be available. We cannot modify the shipping method after an order is placed. Optional shipping insurance is offered for domestic orders, please note insurance only covers loss/damage during transit, and does not cover theft after delivery.

We do understand that an item that is made may not be the exact item that you had thought you were purchasing. We will accept returns up to 30 days from the shipping date. Due to the fact that Custom orders are designed, created, and completed with the assistance of the customer/buyer, they may be returned on a case by case basis-at our discretion.
